I've spent my career turning messy operational data into revenue: scaling customer success and delivery teams at payments and banking SaaS companies from startup to Fortune 500 scale. In 2019 I stepped away to build and run independent trading systems full-time — writing the Python, market-data pipelines, and dashboards myself, end to end. I'm looking for a role where that same combination — operational leadership plus hands-on technical fluency — actually gets used.
Between 2005 and 2019 I held escalating operations and customer-success leadership roles at three SaaS companies in banking, payments, and insurance — ACI Worldwide, Alkami, Decideware, and One Inc — scaling teams, rebuilding retention, and building the analytics infrastructure those businesses ran on. In 2019 I left to trade equities and options full-time, which meant becoming the engineer, analyst, and operator of my own one-person shop: sourcing market data, writing the code, and living with the results. I'm now looking to bring both halves of that back into a team.
A Python system that ingests options-flow, volatility, and dark-pool print data to surface unusual activity in near real time, integrated directly with TD Ameritrade's thinkorswim platform for execution.
A pipeline pulling FINRA short-interest data on a scheduled basis, with a Tableau front end for spotting shifts in positioning across a watchlist.
A set of Jupyter and D3-based tools for exploring intraday price and volume behavior — built to answer specific trading questions, not as a general product, but structured cleanly enough to extend.
